Looking ideally for a professional requiring Monday to Friday accommodation although I am open to 7 day a week to the right person. I am very active & spend very little time in during the evenings so therefore do not have a TV, aerial connection in bedroom so lodger can bring TV but will have to sort TV license. I have broadband Internet. I have a dog, who is a bit weary of new people but fine once she gets to know you. Furnished adaquately & can include bedding. Happy to share cooking of evening meals or happy to cook evening meals at an additional cost. If interested please message me. Available from 4th July.
