Brickfields Sports Centre and shops are nearby, across the road 12 meters from the Co-op. Just a 5 minute walk to the sea and Mutton Cove with its outdoor pools. I live in Cardiff at weekends and stay in Plymouth three nights mid-week for work, so not around much. Easy on street parking. Virgin 50mb Broadband with TV package. Would suit employed person, working away from home.
