The kitchen in the house should be kept tidy there is also a garden to relax in on warmer days with patio for bbqs. 42 inch hdtv in the living room along with comfy new sofa and chair plus new carpet throughout. There is a drive big enough for a couple of cars and a garage if a push bike needs storing etc.

Fibre Broadband is also included. There is a convenience shop and cash point a 2 minute walk away next to a fantastic Indian restaurant and the social club.

Would suit professional but looking for somebody who is conscientious of their energy & water consumption and generally clean and tidy who respects other peoples property. My girlfriend will occasionally be in the house too. She is lovely and friendly (she says I am too)
