I have a large and a small double room to rent. The property is detached and near to Eggbuckland school. There is plenty of parking with use of storage in the large garage. The rooms are fully furnished and bright and airy. The large double could suit a couple or a single occupant. The smaller double is available for one person.
There is a nice clean bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower over the bath.
The kitchen has all mod cons and dish washer.
There is a spacious lounge which is available to all with cable tv and wireless broadband.
The garden is very private and ideal for relaxing in if we get good weather!
