Cosy home close to city, hospital and uni

My house is homely and nice it’s just being redecorated so furniture and photos may vary. I am looking for a nice friendly people to share. Large Kitchen/Diner, Lounge and Bathroom. There is a shed for storage and a lovely decked garden. There are two bedrooms available. Bedroom 1 is a large bedroom with bay window , Kingsized bed and South Facing (Sunny & Light) with lockable door. Bedroom 2 is a Double Bedroom with double bed , built in cupboard/shelves and window overlooking back garden.

The house is Close to RD&E, University, City Centre, Bus and Rail Routes...ALL bills are included ie Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, WiFi etc.

There is a bus stop with services E, F1, F2 and B just a minute away which provides access to the whole city and surrounds. Polsloe Bridge train stop is just a 5 minute walk which has direct line to Topsham and Exmouth and also to Paignton with all major stops en route; ie St Thomas, Dawlish, Newton Abbot, Torquay etc. It goes straight into Exeter Central or St Davids. Exeter Aiport is just 5 miles by car.
