Lovely Modern House - Double Room To Rent

Lovely double bedroom, very bright and south facing.

We are looking for someone to share with us in a three bedroom lovely 1930's house which is furnished to a very high standard and has just been redecorated throughout.

The room available is a double bedroom with a large oak double bed, oak wardrobe, oak chest of drawers, oak bedside table and has a large flat screen TV with built in freeview. In the lounge we have a large screen 3D TV, and also Sky HD+. All the furniture is oak and matching throughout. The house has a sitting room, dining room, lovely kitchen with built in dish washer, washing maching. To the rear is a good size garden which is south facing, there is a patio where you can eat when the weather allows or read a book whilst having a drink. There is outside storage in the garage for bikes etc. Upstairs there is my bedroom, and along the landing is another large double bedroom along with a good size bathroom which has a bath and a shower. The house is non smoking, there is parking available. Our house is in a great location and is only a 10 minute drive into Exeter city. There is also a bus stop a few houses down, which will take you straight into town. The M5 and Met office is only literally five minutes away from our house, so opens up connections to the M5 road network, and also all of the beaches close by. We have supermarkets close by and swimming pool, running track. There are shops a few minutes away also.

Both me and my wife are easy going and friendly people. We do like to socialise but also like time on our own, and often go out most weekends to vist different places. We're not ones to go clubbing and we like quiet nights in, to watch a movie or just chill and relax. We are very clean and tidy, and the house reflects this.. We are looking for a professional person who is similar.
