The area also offers quick and easy access by car to the city centre, M5 (Junctions 29, 30), Sowton, Marsh Barton, Sandy Park, Exeter Science Park, Exeter Business Park (Met Office), Exeter Airport and all main junctions. Lovely riverside walks are also nearby, as is Tesco Extra, petrol station, Ikea, a retail park, and a David Lloyd health and leisure centre.
