Hi, we have a single room in our lovely house in St Thomas and are looking for a female professional or mature female student to share with 2 others. The room is a light & airy single room. There's a large kitchen/diner and separate lounge plus sunny courtyard garden. The house is on a quiet street next to a park yet close to the city center - 10 mins walk or regular bus service. Local shops, leisure center and the river are all within a few mins walk. Main uni site is about 10 mins drive and st. davids train station is an easy walk along the river. Rent is inclusive of bills inc wireless broadband. The house is a friendly, clean and tidy place so looking for a housemate whose happy to help keep it that way and used to sharing.
