Double (ish) room in city centre

Hi, we are near football ground., main train line and 10 mins walk from town. I have two dogs so you must like animals. The room is furnished and there are two reception rooms, downstairs- one which I use as a sitting room the other as a dining room/home office as I occasionally work from home, you would be welcome to do the same. I don't go out much during the week as I'm working- but have the occasional night out at weekends! I'm not really into loud music but do go to festivals sometimes. I occasionally smoke but don't want to live with someone who smokes a lot unless you were prepared to smoke outside. I work for a charity and really would have a problem if you were a Conservative, I'm afraid. Apart from that, I'm not fussy!
