En Suite Double bedroom available from the 1st of September 2014 (or sooner via arrangement) in City Centre apartment. The bedroom is a spacious double room complete with own private en-suite facility (includes shower, toilet and wash basin) and the room is likely to be offered unfurnished (current housemate taking furniture with her) if this is an issue, we can help source furniture as we appreciate it's only a short term let.

The rest of the property comprises of communal lounge /diner, kitchen with all appliances, further bathroom with bath and shower, balcony with prison views. The apartment is double glazed throughout and is condensation / mould free.

Living with three professionals aged 23 to 31, we are looking for an easy going, sociable but independent male or female aged 21 to 35.

The room costs £495 per month to include all utilities (Council Tax, Water, Electric, Wifi Broadband, Sky HD and TV License). Parking space available if required.

The apartment is on the second floor in Julius House on New North Road - ideal location for someone working in town or studying at the University.

Viewings by arrangement as soon as possible as we hope to get someone in by the 1st of September (current housemate is relocating with work).

Please note that this tenancy is limited to a maximum of three months. The property is to be handed back to the landlord on the 1st December 2014 as myself and other housemates are moving on.
