Lovely Double Room With Use of Dining Room/Snug

This house is ideal for someone mature looking for a quiet, clean place to stay.

The room has a wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, and desk which has a lovely view over the back garden. This is a quiet area so no noisy students waking you up in the night.

You will also have use of small dining room/snug which is only used by myself occasionally as an office/studio space during the day. There is unlimited wireless broadband, bathroom with good shower, a roll top bath, and there is also a second toilet downstairs. The recently equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, spacious fridge freezer and larder. There is space for bikes in the shed and non restricted street parking.

All bills included. Room is for single occupancy only, sorry but no overnight guests, students or DSS as my insurance does not cover this.

The bus stop is 2 minutes away with B and E routes (to town, MET office and Streatham Campus) and Polsloe Bridge station is 5 minutes walk. Both university and town are an easy quick cycle ride or 20-25 minute walk.
