Kings Heath is a great location close to many local shops including Tesco, with good transport links to both the city centre and the motorway. Digby train station is a 5 minute walk and from there you can reach Exeter within 8 minutes or Exmouth within 15. There are also bus routes which run from the end of the road into and around Exeter.
I am looking for a tenant is going to be clean, tidy and respectful on a 6 month initial term but hopefully longer if the arrangement suits all.
