Hi, I have a modern large double furnished room to let in my family home, sharing with myself, a working professional with the NHS and my extremely friendly, well behaved and fully trained dog.

My room/house will suit someone looking for a quiet, clean and modern household; ideally a working professional who works away from the house Monday to Friday as I work from home in a confidential role.

I am friendly and laid back and have a modern, spacious, stylish, clean and tidy home in a quiet residential part of Heavitree, 5 mins from the RD&E hospital and with easy access to the M5, Met Office, A30, Police head quarters and Exeter airport. There is a good bus service a few minutes walk away or a 20 minute walk into the city centre. St Luke's College is within walking distance.

The room is fully facilitated with bed, wardrobe, drawers, shelves, desk, TV and storage space. I have wifi and a lovely garden and all bills are included. it is a residents permit parking area but parking is unrestricted from 5pm to 10am and at weekends and a residents permit can be purchased for £30 per year.
