I have two double bed rooms available in a four bed house in EX4 7AS. There is one lad and one girl moving in so far. The house will not be available untill 1st SEPTEMBER 2013. The house has a seperate lounge with folding doors leading to the kitchen/dinning area, one bedroom downstairs with a futher three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
