This town house has been refurbished to a very high standard. The house is in a great location on a very peaceful road but still only a ten minute walk to town and the university. The rooms also benefit from individual TV ariel points and the house has super fast wifi throughout which is included in the price. All the bedrooms are a very good size with one bedroom boasting a newly fitted en-suite bathroom (this room is priced at £129 pwk). The shared bathroom is finished to a very high standard also and is fitted with power electric shower and bath tub for relaxing after those hard days at work. The kitchen is again all brand new and fitted with gas hob cooker and oven, big fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, brand new boiler and lots of storage. There is also a lovely communal area in the kitchen with leather sofa and leather stools for meals and chats. All bills are included in the rent i. e.... council tax, water, wifi etc... The only bills to be paid by tenants are the gas and electric which tend to be very cheap. There is also a cleaner to clean all communal areas of the house fortnightly included in the price.
