Double room soon to be available in friendly shared house! Room is available to move in on Saturday 26th July – however there may be a little flexibility around the day it is available from.
Looking for a relaxed, sociable and respectful housemate.

The house is in Mount Pleasant, a few streets from Henry’s Bar, just 15 min walk from Exeter town centre and there is unrestricted on-street parking.

The house has a modern kitchen and bathroom with a number of new appliances including cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Shared facilities include lounge with lcd TV, blu-ray and wireless broadband.

Rent for the single room is £380/mth. All bills included and room is furnished with double bed, large wardrobe and built-in alcove storage, plus mirror.

Six month minimum stay, deposit and references required (£380 – to go into the Deposit Protection Scheme). Regrettably no DSS, pets or couples pls.
