The house is located in Danes Road, an incredible location, 7 minutes from campus (Streatham) and less than 10 minutes to town and Exeter Central Station. Danes Road, is a street designed for students to live there, therefore it is full of second, third and forth year students. A great ambience to meet new people.

The house if very big and spacious; especially the kitchen, with a dining table and dishwasher. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. It has a shared living room, with one big sofa and a smaller one, sharing a TV.
There is also a garden area ideal for summer BBQS!
The property benefits from gas central heating.

The room available is an individual room, very spacious, having a big double bed. It is furnished, big wardrobes, big windows, plenty of draws and mirrors.

The price of the room is 78 pounds per week, not including bills, which would be around 10 pounds. It is an 11 month contract, starting on the 28th August 2013.

The current flatmates are really lovely and friendly who are looking for another easy going member to join the house :)
