The flat is conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre. The house has a very large living room, bathroom (with rain shower and bath), a modern kitchen and private patio. The house is maintained to a high standard, it has full central heating and unlimited broadband. Sorry no pets allowed.

The Rent is inclusive of all bills.

We are a sociable and professional couple who work hard during the week. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy and are looking for someone like minded.
