Room for rent in quiet, lovely, characterful home.

Lovely clean, bright, quiet double room in a homely Victorian characterful house in a nice street 10 mins walk from the city centre. Situated close by to the River Exe, it makes for easy access to the city (10 mins) as well as beautiful walks. Would suit a professional who needs to walk into the city centre or mature students who are interested in a quite study environment. There is a new bathroom with a good shower and a fully equipped lovely sunny kitchen (even when the sun isn't shining). There is a shared living room and lovely little garden. There's also room to store a bicycle.

Bills are included in the room rental price.

The house is occupied by 2 excellent, relaxed and considerate tenants. One French, one Portuguese. Both professionals working in Exeter.
