Large double room with ensuite in House Share

Large double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house situated in the Rydons area, near Countess Wear. There is a regular local bus service into town and quick access to the motorway and Sowton & Marsh Barton industrial estates. A new train station has also just opened about 3 minutes walk from the house.

A double bed and wardrobe is provided and there is plenty of space for any of your own furniture. There is also a good sized ensuite with sink, toilet and shower. We have a shared kitchen/dining room, lounge, cloakroom and private garden with Sky and Broadband. There is allocated parking outside the house.

We are both young professionals, aged 23, who work locally and enjoy a chat and a good laugh! We like to keep the house clean and relatively tidy, it's our home and whilst we all have the option for privacy we also like that we can sit in the lounge with a cup of tea to relax in the evenings with some company if we want it.

Bills are currently £90 a month each and are dealt with by us rather than the landlord, there is no deposit but we ask that a month's bills are paid on time please.
