We have 1 furnished, double room available in our lovely, airy, large, 5 bedroom, period, fully furnished, 2 story terraced house in the Mount Pleasant area of Exeter.

Due to a job relocation closer to London we have a very individual, spacious and quirky ground floor double room becoming available, at £350 pcm, all bills included!

The period room has to be seen to be fully appreciated for its space and what it offers. The built in desk is in an alcove, above which is a skylight window giving plenty of light to the room - and not overlooked by anyone! There are curtains across the desk area, which can then be closed off and your room is a bedroom!
There is a white, period style metal double bed and a white very useful built in cupboard with glass paneled doors to the upper half, plus a free-standing wardrobe, a night stand and a chair for the desk. There is a large, beautiful, period, slate fireplace surround across the chimney breast.

Upstairs is a full bathroom and downstairs there is a shower room and separate WC, 3 bedrooms are upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge area, all furnished and washing machine included.
Rear and front courtyard gardens and plenty of unrestricted on street parking and a safe place for bike storage in the rear garden.

There are steps leading up to the house.

The house is convenient for town, St Lukes and Streatham campuses, Waitrose and large Sainsbury's, RD&E hospital, and buses, in an area of mixed owner occupier and rented property.

There is a large breakfast bar in the dining area as well.
In the garden there are loops bolted into the wall in a sheltered area for bicycle storage.

There is even a cleaner for 2 hrs a week to 'do' the communal areas and bathrooms - sorry, this doesn't include washing your dishes ;-)

The hall and living room have recently been re-carpeted.

If you've been watching this listing, you will have seen that we have had a massive change over of housemates and rooms available recently. 1 housemate relocated to London, then 2 friends relocated to Bristol - all 3 of those rooms have now been taken - and now the 4th housemate is relocating to a job in Reading! The 5th housemate reminded us that he has been happily living at the house for 5 years now!
