I have a large single room available with two double wardrobes in a sunny property overlooking attractive gardens in an historic development. All facilities are available including a private bathroom and linen can be provided if required.. The area is extremely quiet although just ten minutes walk from Exeter City centre and the University, and would suit a mature and sociable, full-time employed professional person who would respect a clean and tidy house. I am a retired professional with cultural interests and someone similar would be preferred. The rent includes bills except Council Tax (if applicable).
Please note, the kitchen area is incorporated in the living room and so is not suitable for spicy or oriental cooking nor fried food. The pictures show the living area and the outside front of the property including the curtained accommodation.
Parking for a small car may be available.
