Looking for a friendly housemate in sociable house

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our team. We live in a maisonette above a bike shop, in the coolest part of town (end of high street, just before the river).

The house is shared between 4 people (2 french, 1 english). We try to socialize and eat together as much as possible (although it’s not always possible!), part time vegetarians, we care about living fairly and ethically. We enjoy outdoors activities such as walks in Dartmoor, camping, canoeing, bike rides and climbing. We don’t have a telly, but we love Game of thrones and blue planet nights! A pint always goes down well and although it’s by no means a party or student house, dinner often runs late with a few bottles of wine. It’s a good balance of sociable and not being kept up by other people playing music.

The location is amazing and it’s kept pretty clean. The fairly large double room on the third floor includes a double bed, large desk and a big wardrobe. The view is great and it gets direct sunlight. We have space to keep your bike(s) and free tweaks from the bike shop!
4 bedroom house, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, kitchen separated from the large lounge and storage area.
The rent is £325 and the bills are not included (keymeter, approx. £10/pw + council tax). Central heating and super fast broad band. Deposit is a month rent, and the landlords (living in London) are really nice and helpful.
