Double room for rent in St Leonards

I have a small double room to rent in a house in St Leonards on a Mon to Fri or full-time basis. The room is part-furnished with a divan bed and bedside table, but a wardrobe and chest of drawers can be added if needed.

The house is less than a ten minute walk to the City Centre and Quay so perfect if you work in either of those locations. The house has two double bedrooms and large kitchen and bathroom so plenty of room for sharing. The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher to make things a bit easier. On street parking with a residents permit is available.

The rent is £425 and half the bills for a full-time sharer. The council tax is £100 so that will be £50 each then the utilities/broadband on top of that. Obviously that would be reduced if you were looking to rent the room on a Mon to Fri basis, but please contact me directly for more information. The room is available from the beginning of May.

I’m in my late 30’s and like being active, but also enjoy relaxing at home with the occasional glass of wine! I’m looking for someone similar who is clean and tidy and looking for somewhere to make a home.

I know the Landlord, but the house will be rented via an estate agent so an administration fee will be payable.
