One bedroom (double bed) up for rent in a large 7 bedroom terraced property which is well presented, spacious and in a prime location, 82 Howell Road.

Property comprises seven good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a shower room, lounge, kitchen, spacious dining room and a lovely garden area with a BBQ!

The house is an all male (ages 20-22) house so you will be sharing with 6 males plus yourself.

The available rent periods are ideal for students studying in Exeter for the Winter term, beginning on 10 September (moving in date) and ending on 9 January. The room is only available during these periods as I am studying abroad for the first term of the next academic year, and will be back for the second and third terms from January 2015.

The rent for the property is £100 per week plus bills (bills will be organised collectively between housemates).

All payments are paid to the letting agents, Student Cardens, and payments can either be paid monthly on the 10th of each month, or termly (ideal if a student as these payments are in line with Student Finance), with the termly payments being as follows:

September 10 2014 - £433 (lasting to 10 October)
October 10 2014 - £1299 (lasting to January 9)

Other payments which are needed for the property are:
Application fee paid to the letting agents (non refundable) - £99
Deposit paid to the letting agents (to be refunded at the end of your letting period) - £400

The house is in a very good location, 5-10 minute walk from Streatham Campus (Exeter University), and also a 5-10 minute walk to the city centre.

All of the 6 boys living at the house are friendly, very easy to get along with and will welcome you into the group if this was a concern for you!
