Am having to move out of my house for next year, so there is now a double room going in a lovely house on Mount Pleasant Road. It would be £85 a week, not including bills, and is about a 30 min walk to uni, but is very close to town and Arena. The other 3 housemates are all girls going into their second year, and are looking to share with another undergraduate Exeter student.
