We are looking for a clean mild mannered person to occupy the room who would be respectful of the other housemates as we all work different shift patterns.

The shared living accommodation downstairs consists of a lounge leading into kitchen / dining area with utility room and bathroom with shower. We have a brand new gas hob with fan oven along with dishwasher, 2 x fridge freezer and single standing freezer. In the utility room there is a brand new top of the range washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs shared living accommodation consists of bathroom with shower.

Rent includes all bills with high speed broadband and fortnightly cleaner of communal areas.

The house is situated within a 5 minute walk of RD&E hospital and is a 20 minute walk to Exeter City Centre a bus stop is outside the house with frequent services to the local area. It is opposite Co-Op, with Tesco Express 2 minute walk and Waitrose a 5 minute drive away.

Car Parking is available on street with no restrictions with overnight parking available at opposite Co-Op car park, however restrictions apply.
