Hi, I have 2 nice double rooms to rent. Just bought the house so will be newly refurb'd. It has off-road parking at the front and a garden at the rear, which you are welcome to use for BBQs etc.
I have my own business (wedding catering) so I am out and about a lot, but will also be living there.
I am very easy-going, friendly and respectful. I go out quite a lot with friends etc.
I am looking for people who are just going to be friendly and reasonable - don't want any dramas!
20 mins walk to town or lots of buses.
