Professional House-share near RD&E and town centre

Hi, I'm Chris, I'm 28 and looking for 3 new house mates. Ideally, I am looking for another guy and 2 girls to keep the current balance as it is. The house is near the middle of Exeter, perfect walking distance into town, close to the RD&E on a quiet street.

It is a 4 bedroom house. All the rooms fit a double bed and come with cupboard and drawer storage. There is also the option of buying some furniture off my current house mates when they move out.

Downstairs has a decent size kitchen/dining room great for socialising with plenty of cupboard and fridge space, plus a lounge and a spare room - good for bikes/surfboards/camping stuff etc. There is also a lovely garden, perfect for BBQs and the evening summer sun.

Rent is £230 a month + bills. Gas, water, electric, council tax, Sky TV (with movies and sports package) and broadband (currently switching to fibre-optic) come to about another £100 each.
