Two Spacious double rooms available in attractive property in Manston Road (Mount Pleasant region of Exeter). We are two young professionals in our twenties looking for sociable housemates, preferably either postgraduate students or young professionals.
The double rooms on offer are in great condition and are available at the very low prices of £250 pcm and 270pcm respectively. This is the unfurnished cost but If you would like the rooms to be furnished, the previous tenants are willing to sell the furniture which includes double beds, desks and wardrobes all in good condition. Bills are not included but we have found them to be very reasonable.
The house is in a good location, 10 minutes from Exeter City Centre and just 5 minutes from the Polsloe Bridge Train Station. Manston Road has free parking all year round and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with a convenience store at the end of the street. We have a large kitchen and open plan Dining room equipped with two fridges, a large freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The property has a separate lounge including a large TV with a pre-paid Sky account. Additionally, there is a well-kept back garden which is ideal for barbecues in the summer (English weather permitting!)
