This is a modern three person flat with a really spacious living room and kitchen opening onto a balcony. The available room is a furnished double room with storage, en suite and is available from the 14th of September. There are two of us, both students who are tenants and I am currently doing a PhD at the university. The flat is perfectly placed on New North Road, being within a minutes walk of shops, the chippy and central station. There is a central communal garden space and the balcony gives the flat that extra outdoor space.
