Friendly, social, professional house share

We have a good size double room available in our homely, laid back house share. The house is done up to a very good standard and we treat it more like home than a room in a house - so we would be looking for a housemate to become more of a friend than a ship in the night! There's BB internet and ample parking and a garden that is perfect for BBQ's and an occasional glass of vino.
The room is unfurnished however, there is a built in wardrobe and shelf. The room itself is light & airy & in a social but peaceful street. The house comes with general amenities i. e. washing machine and boasts a very large bathroom with a separate shower & bath.
We are 2 housemates (male & female) who have our own things going on socially & work wise but often come together in the evening to procrastinate over the events of the day & have a glass of wine (or 2!) The room is advertised as available from the 1st Sept but it could well be sooner.
