Modern city centre flat

Decent sized, furnished room in a modern city centre flat. It's not strictly en-suite as advertised, but the other bedroom is, so you'd have the main bathroom to yourself.
Spacious, light open-plan kitchen/lounge with TV, sofa, table & chairs. I also have a washing machine & dishwasher; large fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven. Gas central heating, proper hot showers! All bills included, mostly-reliable broadband but no landline phone.

About me: I'm unemployed due to chronic health issues, so be aware that I'm in the flat a lot. I keep the place fairly clean & tidy, but I do quite a bit of cooking & gardening (allotment) so there is sometimes a bit of clutter from that! I'm relatively quiet but not entirely unsociable, and might like the occasional shared meal or drink.

There's no damage deposit or minimum/fixed term, rent is simply payable monthly, preferably by standing order into my bank account, to keep things simple for me. Short-term lets preferred at the moment, but details are open to negotiation.
