Room to share from 15/12/14

I have lovely double Room furnished bed , wardrobe , refrigerator, broadband wireless, lovely lounge to share, small sizable kitchen and bathroom to share . The house is not suitable for disabled, because of stairs, no lift ,is on the second floor, you will be living with me, just the 2 of us,.
I am a very clean, you must be very clean and tidy to contact me I will prefer a working class mature man, no students and dss .no pet , no parking for bike. I have cooking utensil for us to used . I am very busy person . I do not interfer .I am very friendly and will live with any one
I also work shift rota as a nurse so I don't tolerate loud music or any form of distubances . The room is for a single person. I will not accomodate anyone sharing same Room. Unless discourse with me. You can contact me from anywhere , if. U want a short time let we will discuss price. days or weekly, I prefer monthly. This room will not be available untill December. 15.
