Double room in ground floor apartment
We have a double room available from Oct in a ground floor apartment 30min walk to the city centre or a 5min walk to a main bus route.
The building is only three years old and in great condition, well decorated.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and tv.
We have Fibre optic installed ... We also have lots of DVDs, movies / series and books which people are welcome to use.
I am a full time working professional. My partner now works away, but occasionally pops back for the weekend.
We have a three year old German shepherd cross who is walked by a professional dog walker when I'm working.
Due to my shift work it's best to email or text rather than call as I can't pick up when I'm at work.
Our room is currently taken until the end of Sept.
We have rented the spare room for the 3 years we have lived here and prefer to share with students on internship or similar as this seems to work out well.
Please message me with any questions :)
Thanks
