Room for rent in a family home in the heart of Heavitree, which is full of shops and lovely local pubs and restaurants.

We are a family who live in a grade II listed detached cottage in beautiful surroundings. I work full-time and my children are aged 8 (girl) & 10 (boy) years old and are both in school full time. We are a busy family home and we spend a lot of time out and about at the weekends and a few evenings a week.

We are perfectly placed in the Heavitree with great links to public transport, all major roads and train stations, we are 15 mins walk from St Lukes Campus, 5mins from the RD&E, 20mins walk from the city centre and only 30mins from Sowton.

The room is on the lower ground floor and has its own entrance. It comes furnished and everything is included in the cost including Wi-Fi and meals too, so if you are looking for some home-cooking then we may be the place for you.

If you think we might be what you are looking for then please get in touch, we have been having people stay with us for the last 8 years and are all really used to having someone else around. We are a laid back household and like whoever is staying with us to feel at home.
