Fab room for a College/Uni Student

Furnished single room available on St Davids Hill just a few minutes walk from Train Station, Uni and College and a 8-10 minute walk into the city centre.

Room is furnished with single bed, mattress, TV, Freesat+ box, DVD Player, Bookcase/shelving unit, chest of drawers, bedside table. Room also has a built in small wardrobe.

Included in rent are all bills including broadband and food/drink if lodger is happy to eat the same as us.

I work from home so am here most of the time and my husband works shifts. We are a friendly couple and we have 1 cat.

We are looking for someone that will feel at home here and make use of all the rooms and feel able to socialise and sit with us when they are here as if part of our family.

The flat has 1 shared bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen, conservatory, private patio area, communal garden/jungle, large living room.

We have a cleaner that comes in once a week - so other than tidying up you own things and the odd few dishes you won't be expected to do any housework

No DSS/Pets/Couples/Babies etc..
