i have a double room to let in my flat, is furnished with a double bed, wardrow, small fridge and small unit for storage, heating and comuninal loundary, we will share the lounge, bathroon and kitchen just the two of us, it is a very clean house, very homely, quiet and good neighbors, and is 5mints walk to the city centre, 20 to 25 mints drive to the rounding beaches. 15mint walk to st davis train station and 10 mints to central station and 15 walk to the coach station, it quiet close to city centre.
i prefer i male flat mate please. i am a very pleasant lady very professional, i love it not too noisy.
