Double room available from the beginning of January. Located a 5 minute walk away from the City centre and around the corner from the Co-op and Lloyds bank this house couldn't be better placed. The rent includes all bills and sky tv/broadband. Although the picture shows a single bed this has now been removed and the room is big enough for a double bed, which is available on request.
Deposit is 460 on top of your 1st months rent. Returned in full on departure provided there has been no damage to the property.
Females preferred, professionals only, ideally 20-30.
