I am advertising my room, which is one of five in the house and one of the largest. It's on the first floor at the front of the house. It has a bay window, king size bed, very large chest of drawers, good sized wardrobe, bookshelf, desk and chair and bedside table. The room is painted white and has a lovely, decorative period fireplace with a large mirror hanging above it and a large message board to put up anything you like.
There's a large kitchen with table and chairs, a nice lounge with two settees and a coffee table, and a small back garden with a clothes line and bike storage - there's access to the back garden from a rear lane. The house had new carpets put in over the summer and was freshly painted.

The rent is £77. 50/week including all bills except internet. I live with 3 girls and 1 guy in their final year of uni who study a range of subjects including Film Studies, Russian, French, German, Geography, International Relations as well as Italian and Arabic evening classes! Two of my housemates are native German speakers from Austria and Germany.

The house is conveniently located between uni and town. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to uni and less than 5 minutes to get to Sidwell Street and about 10 minutes to the centre.
