We are a professional working couple in our mid 30's looking to rent out our double spare room. Our house is situated on the edge of the university campus. We are only looking for a short term let over the next 3 months (approx). We will also consider weekly rents. The room is fully furnished with a double bed and 3 piece oak furniture set featuring a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Our house is only 7 years old so very modern, clean and tidy! We have an enclosed rear garden and all major transport links are on our door step. The city centre is in easy walking distance.
