I am looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful second tenant for my house in St Thomas. The house is clean, nicely decorated and features all mod cons.
It is situated in a pleasant area, which is only 20 mins walk from the town centre, 15 mins from Exeter quay; while close to the shops, leisure centre, train station and main bus routes in St Thomas.
This is a friendly house, where you can feel at home, although we are busy people so the house is often quiet.
It would be nice to find a female tenant to balance the genders in the house.
Please note that the bed is furnished with a single bed, but this can be removed if you want to use your own bed.
