1 room for rent in sociable Exeter houseshare

One of the current housemates is moving on to pastures new at the end of June, so we are looking for someone equally awesome to take their place.

The communal space comprises an open plan kitchen / living area with comfortable sofas and plenty of room for bike storage etc. The tenancy is leased on a single contract for the whole house, rather than a single room in a shared house, so it would be great to find a like-minded person to live with who feel they can enjoy the house and hang out during evenings and weekends. There is on street permit parking for the drivers out there and the city centre is only a 20 minute walk away. There is a spacious garden out the back with seating and plenty of BBQ-ing opportunities.

Myself and current housemates enjoy a whole host of activities, including music, festivals, travel, and food; along with biking, surfing and exploring the great outdoors which Devon has to offer. All of the above are obviously not essentials and it is always good to have someone with something new to bring to the table!
