We have a selection of 4 properties at Richmond Court, these light and airy, modern town houses are situated in the popular new development which is within an easy walk from the City Centre, the University and St Davids and Exeter Central train stations.

The properties each have five bedrooms with shared facilities, including a fitted kitchen / living room (with appliances) and courtyard garden to the rear. Each room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The houses are occupied by professional tenants only and its always a great way to meet new people and get to know the city. The houses are intended to cater for the hard working professional who is looking for a comfortable and clean place to live, the properties is always kept at a high standard to ensure tenants always have the best possible experience.

Rents are inclusive of ALL bills, including the wireless broadband, TV License, weekly communal cleaning and the usual utility bills such as heating, electric, water and council tax.

To apply for the room a non-refundable application fee of £150 is payable to reserve the room and cover the references. There are no other fees going forward.
