We have a lovely double room (single occupancy) available from now until the end of March 2017 (we're unsure yet if we will be able to extend beyond that date) in this large house very conveniently located near the city centre - 25 mins' walking, 10 mins by bus.

The room is upstairs and it looks over our wonderful and large back garden. It has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. The rent is £ 450 including all bills.

The rest of the house has one bathroom with a bath (shower over), and a kitchen with cooker, microwave and washing machine. There is a large sitting room with a gas fire and a separate dining room. Outside there is a large garden with a shed and a green house.

The front of the house is decorated with plants including a palm tree. At the side of the house there is a garage and another shed.

The house is adjacent to a very big park including a beautiful garden which is maintain by the Council.

The other tenants in the house are all working professionals in their 30s and 40s.

All bills are included in the rent, including Council Tax, central heating, utilities and BT Media broadband. On street parking available just outside the house.

There is a corner shop and the Coop supermarket at 5 mins walking distance. There are plenty of shops in St Thomas area and on Alphington Road.

We will ask for a month rent in advance.
