We have a selection of 3 properties at Richard Ford Court, all light and airy modern town houses which are perfectly located behind Exeter's RD&E Hospital - a perfect spot for those working at the Hospital.

The properties each have of five bedrooms with shared facilities, including a fitted kitchen (with appliances) and there is a secluded seating and BBQ area at the rear of the properties making a lovely sun trap. Each room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Some rooms have an ensuite bathroom.

The houses are occupied by professional tenants only and its always a great way to meet new people and get to know the city. The houses are intended to cater for the hard working professional who is looking for a comfortable and clean place to live, the properties is always kept at a high standard to ensure tenants always have the best possible experience.

Rents are inclusive of ALL bills, including the wireless broadband, TV License, weekly communal cleaning and the usual utility bills such as heating, electric, water and council tax.

To apply for the room a non-refundable application fee of £150 is payable to reserve the room and cover the references. There are no other fees going forward.
