Double bed, nice Victorian house on Magdalen Rd

A double bedroom is available from 19th November on the ground floor of pleasant end-terrace house on Magdalen Road.

Features include exposed floorboards and a fireplace. There's a double glazed door opening out in to the courtyard garden. The garden gets loads of sun through the day and late in to the evening.

We have a large, fairly modern kitchen, decent bathroom with separate bath/shower, and a living room at the front of the house.

The house is only a short walk from the city centre, and the D bus stops directly outside. We're in a residential parking zone and it might be possible to arrange a permit. There are also several permit-free bays in streets nearby.

We're a laid back bunch of young professionals, most of us in our mid-twenties. Rent is currently £400 per month, which includes all bills (cable broadband, water, gas and electric) and basic cleaning supplies.
