The flat is mostly furnished (rented from our letting agent as unfurnished, but my old flatmate left a lot of things here) - the bedroom currently to let is unfurnished but has a built in wardrobe and possibly a bookcase if wanted!
Bills not included but usually come to between ~£50 and £70 a month. I'd be happy to agree a fixed monthly cost from you for bills if that would suit you! There's also the option of a smaller bedroom at £375pcm, although I'd prefer to let the larger room!
