The house is on the fringe of St. Thomas right beside the river Ex. It is just around the corner from a large selection of amenities including two supermarkets (Co-Op and Tesco), banks (HSBC, Lloyds, Natwest), Fitness First and a public swimming pool, and of course pubs. City centre is a fifteen min walk and the University is around a 20 min walk.
The living room has a new flat screen TV and new leather corner couch, whilst the kitchen is quite new, with a great oven.
The room is fully furnished including a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. Council tax, gas, water, Internet, electricity, TV licence and are all included in the rent.

It is important that the potential new housemate cleans up after themselves and will help pitch in with general housework, as they do like to keep the house in fairly good nick.
