I have a small patio garden at the rear. On-road parking. My house is about a 5 minutes walk to the train station(for Exeter)and town centre, Exmouth is about 15 minutes drive from the M5. The Exeter bus stops right outside the house. I am a chilled-out teacher and like to relax at home, though I am home late and out a lot!
